What We Can Build For You

Systems already running for other businesses, ported to yours

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Integrations IT Solutions do?
Integrations IT Solutions provides Agentic AI consulting, architecture, and engineering. We help organizations automate business processes, implement multi-agent workflows, and build scalable AI solutions on Azure and Hetzner using the Anthropic Claude family (Claude models, Claude Code and Claude Cowork), Microsoft Foundry, the Microsoft Agent Framework, GitHub Copilot, and Copilot Cowork.
Can you enhance the systems we already have?
AI at Work adds agentic capability to the office as it stands. The bookkeeping app, the shared mailbox, the scheduling tool and the Microsoft 365 tenant all keep running under the licences they already have, and agents connect to each of them, governed and cost-tracked from the first integration.
How do I know which of my processes are actually worth automating?
An observation week runs before any licence is purchased. Every person doing recurring office work logs each task as it occurs. Six criteria then score the results: frequency, input data, verifiability, error consequences, system access and acceptance conditions. The pass closes with exactly five tasks selected, each measured in hours per month. The return on any automation is calculable before the first line of code is written.
How do I benefit from your proven harness?
The harness has been run repeatedly across different projects, so the agent configurations, working rules and tool choices it carries arrive already tested and ready. Your project starts on that proven ground from day one. The capability catalogue adds a library of systems already running in production, available to be ported to your data and setup. The scope and budget go toward what is genuinely new.
How quickly does a new request reach production once we are up and running?
After the initial setup and base phase are complete, the cycle runs like this: a request arrives as an ordinary email, an agent parses it into a structured work item with scope and dependencies extracted, a human reviews and approves, and implementation follows. That cycle reaches production in near 24 hours. The timing applies to ongoing requests inside an established engagement, not to a first contact.
Where does our data sit and who can see it?
Applications and databases run in German and Finnish data centres, with no third-country control plane in the request path: the provider, the region and the machine are facts you can name in a processing record. Microsoft 365 content stays in the tenant that already holds it. Each customer's data sits behind a least-privilege login that reaches only its own databases.
How do I stay on top of what the work costs over time?
Every customer receives a dedicated portal instance where work sessions, hours, running model costs and hosting costs stay permanently visible. Hours are billed in a machine-hours ledger at a stated rate, and the portal shows what was worked, what it cost and what is running, before the invoice arrives. There is no opaque retainer: every session and every cost has a traceable source.
Where does the record of our work live?
Each request generates one structured document rather than a thread: open questions separated from delivered work, the full history preserved. The hours, the costs and what was done sit in the customer portal alongside it, readable any day. A figure or a question raised three months later is answered from the record.
